DYNAMIC, INCLUSIVE, MULTI-MODALITY, BODYMIND MOVEMENT CLASSES
While live attendance is encouraged to keep the online movement community alive, classes are also recorded and always available to watch later on the Teachable Platform HERE. You will need to register for access to the archived classes, but again, they are by sliding scale fee and never behind a paywall.

ABOUT NOGA CLASS:
NOGA came into being as “Not Only Yoga” Class. It takes traditional asana as the starting point for a wide-ranging exploration of embodiment that includes progressive strength training, natural movement, body-mind centering, new ways of stretching, dance conditioning, dynamic stability exercises, animal flow, play, brain gym and more.
Since its inception one year ago, NOGA has lived up to its name as a space in which to diversify our ideas of yoga practice. Though it is anchored in traditional yoga and takes place (mostly) on the mat, it continues to be Neurologically-Open (non-perfectionistic), Novelty-Oriented, Never Orthodox, and always offers New Options. These classes prioritize self-paced, self-aware and self-regulated movement practice. In other words, you are given many tools with which to develop your personal confidence in embodiment, but are never expected to conform to an ideal or to “achieve.”
If you get bored with movement routines and want to provide your body-brain with new stimulus, you will like NOGA. If you seek a fresh approach to familiar postures, and want to integrate more capacity for strength and balance in your practice, NOGA class is the place to be.
For this class you will need:
- a yoga mat
- one or two yoga blocks
- a resistance band (red color is ideal: medium tension). Available online or ask me and I'll send you one.
